Not only did they return my forgotten earpods promptly, but they also provided ironing facilities in our room, ensuring convenience and comfort. The heating was perfect for the chilly evenings, and the cozy sitting area in our room was a delightful retreat. The terrace with garden furniture offered stunning views, allowing us to relax and soak in the Bavarian charm. The free toiletries were of high quality, adding a luxurious touch to our stay.
